General Terms and Conditions

This contract is concluded between ChargeBot Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'ChargeBot') and the customer regarding the sale, rental or maintenance-repair services of ChargeBot products and services.

Definitions

Terms used in this contract:

• ChargeBot: Our mobile charging station and autonomous charging robot products
• Customer: Natural or legal person who purchases or rents ChargeBot products and services
• Service: Installation, maintenance, repair and technical support services
• Warranty: Warranty period and scope provided for our products

Sales Conditions

The sale of ChargeBot products is subject to the following conditions:

• Product prices include VAT and may be changed without prior notice
• Delivery time is 30-45 business days after order confirmation
• Payment terms: 50% advance, 50% before delivery
• Shipping and installation costs belong to the customer
• Products are covered by 2-year warranty

Rental Conditions

For renting ChargeBot products:

• Minimum rental period is 12 months
• Rental fee is collected monthly
• Security deposit is required (2 times the rental fee)
• Maintenance and repair services are included in the rental
• Penalty applies for early return

Warranty Conditions

Warranty coverage for ChargeBot products:

• Failures caused by manufacturing defects
• Technical problems occurring under normal usage conditions
• Software updates and support
• Not covered by warranty: Misuse, accidents, natural disasters
• Warranty period starts from the delivery date

Maintenance and Support

Technical support and maintenance services:

• 24/7 technical support line
• Remote access and diagnostic services
• Periodic maintenance programs
• Spare parts supply
• Training and user support

Liability

ChargeBot's liability is limited to the product price. We are not responsible for indirect damages. The customer is obliged to use the products for their intended purpose.

Contract Termination

The contract terminates in the following cases:

• By mutual agreement of the parties
• Upon expiration of the contract term
• In case of material breach of contract
• Financial situations such as bankruptcy, concordat
• Force majeure cases

Dispute Resolution

Turkish Republic law applies to disputes arising from this contract. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction. Amicable settlement is sought first.
